HOW DO YOU VET YOUR STAFF?
We take the time to get to know our staff! We carefully hand-select staff based on our client’s specific event needs. Resumes, photos, social media profiles, and relevant experience are all thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the right talent is booked for your event(s).
CAN I SEE PICTURES OF THE STAFF THAT HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR MY EVENT?
Yes, in fact we would prefer that you select the staff chosen. Prior to booking, clients are sent staff comp cards that include images & measurements. Here is a sample comp card: Sample Comp Card
By request, we can also send a staff profile form that showcases their experience & interests.
WHAT IF A STAFF MEMBER CANCELS OR NO-SHOWS?
Life does happen. While it isn’t a frequent occurrence, flat tires & family emergencies do happen. Daffe Models works quickly to find the best possible staff replacement.
Daffe Models staff must check-in at the start of each event with an event photo. These photos are shared with you, the client. Daffe Models staff are available during all event hours to triage any event questions.
Depending upon the size of the event, Daffe Models utilizes on-site and/or on-call backups to ensure full attendance. On-site & On-Call backups may occur extra fees & will be discussed PRIOR to event execution.
COSTS
IF THE STAFF MUST PAY TO PARK, HOW IS THAT HANDLED?
If parking costs are unavoidable, we will request parking reimbursement from you PRIOR to the event. At the conclusion of the event, we will collect receipts & reimburse the staff. Parking costs will be added to your final invoice with receipt copies.
DO YOU BILL FOR LONG DISTANCE TRAVEL (MILEAGE)?
Let’s be honest, there are some events that are VERY difficult to staff due to distance, etc. In these unavoidable cases, if staff travel a long distance, we offer bonuses or mileage to cover travel expenses. We will request additional fees from you PRIOR to event execution.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
The easiest & quickest answer to this: We customize our rates based upon your event needs.
Our rates vary based on staff experience & the type of event. As a general rule, YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET! An experienced staff member with ample experience will charge more than a staff member starting his/her career.
We can quote your event in two ways: (1) Staff/Models quote their hourly OR daily rate (2) You provide your budget & Daffe Models works to staff within those parameters. With both options, you will receive staff comp cards. We ask that you select your top choices within 48 hours, as staff availability changes rapidly – especially in peak season. If you prefer that we select the staff chosen, we are happy to do that also!
